Ingredients (1 serving) * 150 g firm tofu, crumbled – ~120 kcal * 1 tsp oil – 40 kcal * ¼ cup onion, finely chopped – 10 kcal * ¼ cup tomato, finely chopped – 8 kcal * 1 green chilli, chopped * 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste – 5 kcal * ¼ tsp turmeric * ½ tsp cumin seeds * ½ tsp coriander powder * ¼ tsp red chilli powder * ¼ tsp garam masala * Salt to taste * Fresh coriander leaves * Lemon juice

Method

Step 1

Method . Heat oil and crackle the cumin seeds. . Sauté onions until lightly golden, then add ginger-garlic paste and green chilli. . Add tomatoes and all the spices. Cook until the tomatoes become soft. . Mix in the crumbled tofu and cook for – minutes so it absorbs the masala. . Finish with coriander and a squeeze of lemon.
