Cumin powder-1 tbsp
Garam masala-1 tbsp

Ginger garlic paste-1 tbsp
Cook rice separately.In a pan heat coconut oil,add onions ,ginger garlic paste and sauté for a bit.Add the rest of the veggies,spices and tofu and sauté for mins until soft.Add the rice and finish off with lemon.
