Ingredients

daal, toor daal , moong daal , coriander seeds , methi seeds , cumin seeds ,carrot , bean , french beans

Method

Step 1

heat tb of ghee or oil in pot . Add / tb cumin seeds , / tb mustard seeds , pinch methi seeds

Step 2

when seeds starts to splutter add curry leaves and red chillies and saute them to make crisp

Step 3

add sliced onions , medium size carrot and grams beans and saute all of them

Step 4

add chopped tomato , turmeric and salt

Step 5

add sambhar powder and red chilli.powder

Step 6

add water and cook until veggies softened

Step 7

add mashed daal ( grams) and chopped coriander leaves and sambhar is ready have them with the idly
