Veggies - 50 Grams (capsicum, cabbage, corn, tomato, onion)
Ghee - 5 Grams
Flour - 25 Grams
Cheese Slice - 1
Hummus - 10 Grams
Chilli Sauce - 1/2 Tsp
Add salt in flour and kneed it.
Roll the dough to make a chapati and cook it on a pan.
Chop all the veggies and boil corn. Lightly season all the veggies with salt.
Now spread hummus on the top of chapati. Next spread chilli sauce.
Now add chopped cabbage, onion, tomatoes, capsicum and corn. Top it with the chesse Slice and fold the chapati in half to make Quesadilla
Heat ghee in a pan and cook the Quesadilla from one side thn the other side until it is crisp.
Cut it in half and enjoy 😋
