Ingredients

Rice 35 gms Moong dal 35 gms Ghee 7 gms crushed pepper 1/2 tsp Green chilli 2 slit Ginger 1/4 tsp cutie into small pieces cumin seeds 1/4 tsp curry leaves few Hing pinch salt as per taste

Method

Step 1

) In pressure cooker add gms of ghee then add rinsed rice ,Moong dal and / tsp salt ) add cups of water and cook for whistles ) after pressure released ,in pan add remaining ghee once it's hot add cumin seeds,ginger,curry leaves, crushed pepper, green chilli and hing ) Fry for mins then add this to the rice and give it a mix ) adjust salt and serve hot
