100ml cow's milk
50gms rolled oats
1scoop protein powder (chocolate)
10gms mixed roasted seeds (sunflower, pumpkin and flax)
1Tbsp (5gms) cocoa pwd
1/2 tsp instant coffee pwd
Add oats, cocoa pwd, coffee pwd and mashed banana in a pot.
Pour milk and bring to a boil.
Add scoop whey protein.
Give it a good mix.
Remove in a bowl.
Top with chopped πππ₯ and seeds.
