Roasted Rolled oats-110 gms
Roasted peanuts— 210 gms
Jaggery—400gms
Coconut oil—-20 ml
Roasted Almonds—20 gms
Roasted Quinoa—100gms
Whey powder-2 scoops
Step - dry roast rolled oats for - minutes to make it little crunchy
Step -dry roast almonds ,peanuts and quinoa too . chop almonds as shown in photo no
Step -take out the coverings of peanuts as shown in photo no
Step -heat the jaggery in a pan for mins till it’s melted then add the roasted peanuts ,almonds,oats ,quinoa and mix well.lastly,add two scoops of whey powder .
Step - mix well all the ingredients and then switch off the flame ,put the dough shaped mixture on a nicely clean surface and roll in the shape of a thick sheet as shown in pic no.
Step - cut the sheet into equal sizes as shown in pic no . I could make total pieces out of the measurement shown.
