Step 1

Mince the chicken finely

Step 2

add chopped onion

Step 3

add ginger garlic paste

Step 4

add salt and soya sauce

Step 5

mix and knead the ingredients very nicely

Step 6

Knead the flour with salt and water

Step 7

divide the dough in gm per piece

Step 8

divide the chicken mix into gm per piece

Step 9

make momos with them

Step 10

I got momos out of it. you can freeze and store them.
