Ingredients

home made paneer

cocoa powder

sugar free (sweetner)

Method

Step 1

Take half a liter of milk bring it to boil

Step 2

squeeze whole lemon juice

Step 3

keep stirring until the solids separate, and then churn out the solids and wash the milk solids in plain water to remove the sour taste of lemon

Step 4

Now mash the paneer with your palm while adding your cocoa powder depending on how chocolatey you want

Step 5

Keep mashing until you get a smooth consistency and then add your sweeteners for taste

Step 6

Roll them into your desired shape , Voila! your dairymilk is ready

Step 7

PS : you can store them in fridge for more than days
