Paneer - 50gms
Sweet Potato Boiled - 50gms
Whey - 1scoop
Banana - 80gms (optional)
Almond Milk - 10ml (can avoid or add more based on consistency)
Baking powder - 1/2tsp
Blend paneer, sweet potato and banana.
Add Whey and mix well in wet ingredients with cut fold method slowly. Then add baking powder.
Preheat Airfryer at degrees for (-) mins. Then airbake it at degrees for - mins, till you get golden brown crust.
Let it cool down at room temperature and refrigerate for few hours before eating.
