# Recipe: . Take soya chunks and grated paneer and mix them . Add spices according to taste and mix them properly with batter . Make tikkis from this batter . On heated non stick pan, apply ghee and roast all Tikkis (One tikki took smal drops of ghee and made it on slow flame)
