Add semolina, soya chunks powder ( I grinded soya chunks in mixer), curd , veggies in a bowl.
add water to make a batter . Batter should not be very thick or thin. Add salt and black pepper . keep it aside for - min . Add more water if necessary.
Heat tawa . With the help of laddle make small size pancakes . make small size as it would be easy for you to flip them. use ghee to roast them well and you are done with your tasty pancakes /uttapam. you can easily make pancakes with thus batter. You can adjust ghee according to ur macros .
