25g whey protien
1 whole egg
step - take g plain oats(i used disano whole grain oats) + scoop whey (my scoop size was g).
step - grind them together with help of any grinder.
step - take a bowl and put a whole egg in it .
step - pour grinded ingredients into the bowl .
step - mix it well and add a bit of toned milk or water to make a smooth batter.
step - when the batter is ready greese your pan to make it nonsticky and bake it on your pan in parts
