Process: ) mash paneer in luke warm water, till it become milky ) put the dessolved paneer in a pan, cook on medium flame. ) when it start steaming add grated carrots to it. ) cook till carrot get soften and excess water evaporates. ) once cooking is complete, add whey protein vanilla flavour and mix. ) garnish with chopped dry fruits ) enjoy hot.
