Method

Step 1

Heat oven to degrees Celsius

Step 2

In a greased oven safe container, combine banana, mash them, followed by gms rolled oats, scoop vanilla protein powder, / tsp cinnamon, tsp baking powder, grated carrot, gms nuts, tsp honey, and ml milk. Mix until well combined.

Step 3

Place in the oven and cook for about - minutes, or until golden and firm to touch.
