4 eggs 50gm cheese 2 big bread or 50gm 15 gm ghee
Maggi masala coriander leaves
Break four eggs in bowl mix maggi masala salt haldi / onion Mix it well . Add cheese between bread . Pour ghee in Stainless or normal Pan . Add / mixture of eggs then put bread on mixture . Add remaining egg over bread. . Then give it shape by spoon adjust sides . Flip with spoon Ur yummy omelette is ready ☺️
