assorted veggies -beans onion tomatoes cauliflower 150 g
garlic 5-6 cloves
1 greeen chilli
mixed herbs ,dried oregano,dried basil chilli falkes as per taste
butter 10 g
habanero hot sause / hot jalapeno sause 1 tblspn (make sure it is 0 cal)
Take some butter in a pan. add some chopped garlic and chillies followed by finely chopped onions. stir fry till slight translucent. add veggies ,paneer herbs and sause.Salt and pepper for taste. Add rice . You can pressure cook rice along with these veggies or if you like your veggies crunchy then can get your rice cooked seperately and then add to these veggies. Best served hot 😀 The aroma of herbs make my dog go crazy whenever I cook it.
