Ingredients

Potatoes peeled 90g

Tofu 80g

Butter 4g

Eggs 2

Basil

Chilli flakes

Oregano

Thyme

Black pepper

Salt

Method

Step 1

Heat a pan, add butter, Add cubed potatoes, fry till almost done

Step 2

Add Tofu and fry till done

Step 3

Add the Salt, Basil, oregano, Thyme and chilli flakes

Step 4

Season your eggs with your favourite ,I use salt and fresh cracked black pepper
