Ingredients

100gms. Sliced Mushrooms 100gms each Bell peppers Red green and yellow 100gms Broccoli Few Green chillies 5-6 buds Garlic 100gms home made Cottage cheese 10pms Ghee

Method

Step 1

Heat the ghee in a non stick pan till the fumes start to come. Sautée garlic cloves till they are a bit burnt and you can smell the garlic fumes Add broccoli as it takes time to soften. Add salt to reste , henbs of your choice namely fresh Rosemary oregano dried or fresh Then once they r soft add peppers and green chillies and toss them all for - min and then finally add cottage cheese cut i cubes and lightly toss to mix Serve hot
