Oats 30 gm
Milk 200 ml
Mixed fruit 100gm
Chia seeds 1 tbsp
Muesli for crunch 10 gms
Whey protein powder 1 scoop
Soak chia seeds in - tbsp of water for minutes.
In the meantime, boil milk and oats together. When oats are cooked put off the flame.
Put in a bowl add whey protein (any flavour of your choice), chia seeds, muesli mix. Enjoy!!!
