heat the pan

Step 2

add ghee, once it is hot, add jeera and let it crackle

Step 3

add soya chunks

Step 4

roast it until they bcm crispy

Step 5

add salt and chilli powder, mix well

Step 6

enjoy the evening snacks 😊
