Quaker raw Oats 50gm

banana half

apple few chunks

almonds 5-10gm

black berries few

peanut butter half/one table spoon

whey (optional)

Method

Step 1

Cook raw oats in water

Step 2

Pour it into bowl once boiled and thick.

Step 3

add the peanut butter and whey, stir it well

Step 4

Add the food of you likings.

Step 5

Garnish with Almonds and seeds
