- 200 grams Tilapia (or any white fish) - 1 potato (cubed & boiled) Seasonings - minced garlic - oregano - minced garlic - red pepper flakes - Keya All Purpose Seasoning - lemon juice - 2 tbsp olive oil
In a baking dish place the fish and potatoes making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Mix together the olive oil, seasonings and lemon juice. Pour over the fish and potatoes. Bake in a preheated oven at C for - mins.
