1 medium size onion
A handful of garlic cloves
2 big size bell peppers
2 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp red chilly powder
1 red chilly soaked in water
1 thumb size ginger finely chopped
2 spring onion shoots
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt to taste
Heat the oil in a pan
Add soaked red chilly, ginger, garlic and saute for - minutes on high flame
Add onion and saute for - minutes on medium high flame
Add the remaining veggies, red chilly powder and salt
Cook for - mins
Add the chicken slices and tbsp dark soy sauce and mix it well
Cook for - minutes
Add finely chopped spring onion for garnish.
