Ingredients

Butter 10gm

Potato peeled 150gm

herbs oregano,chilly flakes,salt,black pepper

Garlic minced

Method

Step 1

Cut parallel slits into the potato, stopping just before you cut through the whole,So that the slices stay at the base of potato.

Step 2

take a pan add butter,herb,garlic and melt it for few seconds

Step 3

Brush the potato with melted butter thoroughly on the surface of and also in between the slices.

Step 4

pre heat the oven on °C and bake the potato for - min or longer till they become crispy.

Step 5

In between baking you can keep checking and refreshing the butter over it.

Step 6

season it with chilly flakes,lemon or slice of orange.
