Soyabean granules: 50g (powdered)
Rawa: 40g
Oil/Ghee: 15 gm (or as per macros)
Mixed green leafy vegetable 1/2 cup
Brocoli floret: 1/2
Capsicum : 1 small
Onion: 1medium size
Green chilli: 1 or 2
Ginger: 1/2 inch
Salt, pepper, Amchoor, Dhaina powder, Jeera powder, Garam masala.
Par boil all the green veggies and let it cool down.
In a grinder add the vegetables + onion + ginger + green chilli and form a thick paste.
In a mixing bowl add soyabean granules powder, rawa, vegetable paste and all the masalas & salt.
Mix everything well & let the mixture rest for minutes. At this point you may add very little water to mixture if you like.
Shape & cook from both the sides on a hot griddle using oil/ghee. Serve with choice of dip/chutney.
