Ghee / butter / oil 10 gms

Spices as per taste
Take a pan, heat oil gms.
Add spices and saute onions, green chillies and other seasonal vegetables as per your choice.
Stir fry and add spices and stir again. Now add shrimps and let it cook with the vegetable mixture.
Now add rice and let it cook.
Take bell pepper or capsicums. Slice off the top and remove the seeds.
Stuff the prepared mixture in the bell pepper and put it in the oven. Let it roast for ~ mins. Or saute in some pan.
Bake them and serve it hot.
