step wash dals and rice together and soak for night step grind it and add curd and keep for - hours. let it get fermented. step grate lauki in the batter, grate some ginger, hari mirch , salt and sugar ( optional) step in a non stick pan put oil step put rai step put seasame seeds(optional) step put batter and cover it. step let it get cook then flip it and cook from both sides. in this way you can keep batter for at least days and eat it. it makes you very full.
