For Hummus Base: 50g raw chole (boiled) 1 tsp curd 1 tsp sesame seeds ½ tsp olive oil 1 green chilli Black salt (to taste) 50g beetroot For Crunch Mix: Finely chopped onion, cucumber, red & yellow bell peppers (total ~100g) Salt + black pepper For Toast: 2 slices whole wheat brown bread ½ tsp ghee
Boil chole (soaked + cooked properly). In a mixer, add: chole + curd + sesame + olive oil + beetroot + chilli + black salt. Grind into a smooth hummus paste. Add finely chopped veggies → mix well. Lightly season with salt & pepper. Toast bread on tawa with ½ tsp ghee till crisp. Spread the hummus-veggie mix generously. Eat fresh. No fancy plating needed 😄
