150 gms Carrots 250 ml Unsweetened Almond Milk 1 scoop Whey Protein Cardamom

Method

Step 1

Pressure cook carrots and milk together for - whistles. .Mash the carrots and transfer to a nonstick pan. .Let the left over milk in the pan dry by constantly stirring it. .Switch off the flame and add sugar free and whey, give it a good mix and relish the guilt free gajar ka halwa.
