1 ripe avocado 1 onion 1 tomato Parsley or coriander Lemon juice 1 -2 tablespoons Green chilli 1 Black pepper - to taste
Step In a bowl scoop out the ripe avocado with the help of a spoon. Step Finely chop the onion, tomato , green chilli and parsley or coriander. Step Mash the avocado with the help of a fork and all the chopped ingredients . Squeeze half a lemon juice and add Salt as per taste. Chill it in refrigerator for minutes. Can be eaten with Roti or as a side or as a spread .
