Any vegetables, Italian herb(oregano,thyme,rosemary), chilli flakes, any oil, garlic powder,ginger, cheese(optional), Kidney beans/chickpeas/Rajma (20gms)
Boil your lentil and just add your favorite veggies. Mix / of a teaspoon of olive oil. You can definitely use any oil. Added / teaspoon of mixed Italian herb, garlic powder, red chilli flakes, sesame seeds, salt as per taste. I added rock salt. spoon of finely chopped ginger. It's ready to go in the oven. Final touch, I added a bit of grated cheese immediately after taking it out of the oven. This is optional though.
