Soya sauce- 10gms
Psyllium husk - 10gms
Cottage cheese/Paneer- 100gms
100gm saute (kale/lettuce) in 10gm oil
For mushroom sauce Take gms of mushroom ,curd,soya sauce ,add green chillies,a pinch of salt and cummin powder.Blend them all along with a spoon (gms) psyllium husk .Add a cup (ml) of water.Bring it all to a boil for mins.
Grill gms of cottage cheese and saute gms of vegetables .Serve with the sauce.
