Ingredients

Chicken breast 150 grams

Madras curry powder 2 tea spoon (you get in market or can be prepared at home)

Garlic steam chopped 4 to 5

Curry leaves 10 to 12 chopped

Pepper powder 1/2 tea spoon

Lemon juice/Vinegar 1 tea spoon

Salt as per taste

Method

Step 1

Measure and wash chicken breast.

Step 2

Add Madras curry powder along with chopped garlic,curry leaves, pepper powder, lemon juice and salt

Step 3

Mix everything well and keep it for mins

Step 4

Preheat your OTG oven for mins and grill the chicken for mins at temperature

Step 5

Server it with fresh mint chutney. ENJOY!
