Ingredients

150gm fish

40gm pasta

5gm olive oil

200gm green vegetables

Method

Step 1

Marinate fish with salt, pepper and dried mixed herbs.

Step 2

Blanch all vegetables and drain.

Step 3

Boil pasta with salt. Once done, drain the water and keep them separately.

Step 4

In a pan, put oil and toss the Vegetables well with salt and pepper.

Step 5

Grill the fish in degC for mins n turn & repeat.

Step 6

Once done, shallow fry the fish in the same pan in which you had fried the vegetables. It gives a smokey feel.

Step 7

Serve fish hot with sides.
