5 grams olive oil or butter

Black pepper

Roasted cumin powder

Salt

Lemon juice

Garlic salt

Method

Step 1

Marinate the fish for hours in black pepper, cumin powder, garlic salt, salt and lemon juice.

Step 2

Sauté it on a non stick pan.

Step 3

Serve hot with the choice of veggies.
