Ingredients

150g Fish (I've taken Basa), 1 spoon Ginger garlic paste, (Spices as per taste) salt, pepper, red chili n turmeric for marination. 5/6 drops of oil.

Method

Step 1

Marinate Fish - Clean fish with soft hands and put it in a bowl. Add ginger garlic paste and spices and mix it well with soft hands. Keep it aside for minutes.

Step 2

Preheat oven and bake the fish for minutes in convection mode. Change the sides once it's done and grill it for another minutes in grill mode.

Step 3

Delicious Grilled Fish is ready to serve. onion and green chutney is optional.
