chicken drumstick (taken a whole thigh here - 200gms)
Greek yogurt (plain) - 100gms
chilly powder( Kashmiri)- 1/2tbsp
salt as per taste
black pepper 1/4th tbsp
cumin powder 1/2tbsp
kasuri methi (powdered) 1/2tbsp
wash the chicken properly
marinate adding yougurt and all the spices
keep it aside for mins
you can either grill or shallow fry it I have grilled it and the calories are for the grilled proportion.
note- shallow fry each side for mins. grilling was done in a grill pan so took - mins each side
please keep the flame on low or you will burn the chicken
