1 Boneless Chicken Breast, Salt, Chilli powder, Turmeric, Mutton Masala, Garam Masala PWD, Tandoori Chicken Masala, Curd, Dry Kasoorie Methi leaves, Little Oil.

Method

Step 1

Portion Size : Boneless Chicken Breast ) Apply: Salt, Turmeric, Red chilli powder according to your preference. ) Then add tsp each- Tandoori Chkn Masala, Mutton Masala, Garam Masala, ) tsp Kasoorie Methi ) tbsp Curd ) tsp oil ... Mix all and put it on pan on low flame and Grill it each side for min untill cooked . Chicken should look white form inside and not pink . you can try this recipe with Paneer, or any other meat as well . Happy Meal -Amu πŸ™‚
