Chicken Olive oil - 10 ml Black pepper Salt Thyme Parsley Light Soy sauce

Method

Step 1

Marinade: - / tsp salt - black pepper - tsp soy sauce - Thyme and parsley - ml olive oil Make a mix and massage on both sides. Leave it for at least mins. - diced garlic (optional) can be added as well Preparation: - Heat the grill pan on medium flame and use a brush to apply oil ( ml, as other used during marinade) only to the portion as size of chicken. - cook one side for - mins and check for white lining around the edge of chicken and then flip. Cook for another - mins.
