Raw basmati rice 70grams
Mint leafs
Cilantro
Green peas frozen 1/4 cup
Medium size Green bell pepper 1/2 chopped
Medium size Onion 1/4 chopped
Hot green chili 1
Garam masala of your choice 1 tsp
Salt
Turmeric 1 pinch
Water 1:2 for rice
Ghee 10 grams
Black cumin seeds 1/4 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tbsp
Take a hot pan add some ghee, add black cumin seeds, onion,chili fry it until onion cooked well
Now add some ginger and garlic paste, sort it until ginger and garlic paste loses raw flavor
Add all greens, sort and make sure everything well cooked
Take a rice cooker or pressure cooker mix rice along with green vegetables mixture and add water and cook it until rice cooked well and water evaporates.
Take it in to a plate and serve hot even use ritha as a side so it tastes really good
