Ingredients

maida flour-50gm

cabbage-50gm

capsicum-30gm

onion-20gm

ghee-2gm

spices-salt ,black pepper,red chilly, coriander powder

Method

Step 1

prepare a dough of maida flour with adding salt in it

Step 2

divided dough into parts and make small chapate

Step 3

now take a non stick tava and semi cook all these chapate

Step 4

prepare veggies stuffing for roll

Step 5

cut all vegetables into very small size.mix all them and add all spices.you can use here paneer also and your choice of veggies.

Step 6

now take one chapati fill with stuffing and fold it

Step 7

take a non stick tava grease with ghee and grill fold roll.

Step 8

grill roll is ready to serve with chutney
