10 gm Fresh Ginger
10 gm Mint leaves
5 gm oil
In a pan heat oil on low flame.
Add in chopped green tomato with green chillies, ginger, little turmeric and salt saute till soft
Next add in mint leaves give a mix. Grind this in a blender till smooth. You can add lil water if needed. Adjust salt.
