100 grams Green veggies ( cabbage & capsicum)
50 grams coriander or more
1 green chilli
Salt and pepper
40 grams bread
Grind in a mixer paneer ,coriander , veggies and chilli all together by adding - ml water to make the paste smooth and thick.
Add salt and pepper as per taste
Now spread the paste on bread slice and grill it in a toaster with some butter.
Enjoy the quick and yummy paneer paste sandwiches.
