Miso Paste Sachets : 2 packs
Ginger : small piece (chopped)
Garlic cloves : 2 pieces (Peeled and sliced)
Soba Noodles : 45 g
Sugar snap peas : 50 g
Asparagus Stems : 8 pieces (Sliced)
Courgette : 1 (spiraled into noodles)
Tenderstem Broccoli : 100 g
Yellow Pepper : 1 (sliced)
Orange Pepper : 1 (sliced)
Coriander leaves : 20 g
Pour mL boiling water into a pan, add miso, ginger and garlic. Allow to gently simmer for - minutes.
Add soba noodles and vegetables to pan, and cook for a further - minutes, until just tender
Stir through the soy sauce and ladle into warm bowls. (Garnish with coriander leaves to serve)
