Chicken skin less 500 gms
Butter / olive oil / coconut oil / vegetable oil 10 gms
Ginger, garlic, coriander, green chilli, cloves, cinnamon
Spinach 200 gms
Onion 1 medium
Step : Take a pan and heat oil, add cloves and cinnamon
Step : In a mixer, add ginger, garlic, green chilli and coriander and make it a paste
Step : After oil gets heated, add onion and fry until golden brown, after that add ginger,garlic,green chilli and coriander paste and fry for sometime
Step : Add washed chicken and cook it for - mins in low flame
Step : Take spinach in mixer jar and blend it until thick consistency and add that to the chicken.
Step : Close the lid and cook it in low flame for mins and it will be ready to serve
