Greek Yogurt - 100 gms
Almonds - 10 gms
Sweetner, Cardamom powder, saffron
Rose essence/vanilla essence
In a bowl, add yogurt, a splash of rose or vanilla essence, cardamom powder, sweetner and a pinch of saffron strands. Mix well.
Crush almonds and lightly mix in the yogurt. Option: you can use it as a garnish as well.
Pour it in the mild and let it freeze over night or until set.
