100 grams Jaggery

Roast oats for minute and keep aside in a mixing bowl
Roast the nuts and sesame and grind them coarsely
Melt the jaggery with water and heat it for minute until it starts to foam
Mix the oats, nuts and jaggery solution and spread in a tray and cool down.
Once cooled cut them into bars
