ingredients- Besan gm sugar . gm for batter + . gm for tadka ginger grated gm curd gm Eno / packet oil gm for batter + gm for tadka salt as per taste (hing + rai + green chilli + coriander leaves) for tadka Method- Mix all ingredients, add water to make it like runny batter (Except tadka) n then take oil add eno in it & mix in batter, bubble will come then put it into container & steam. Let it cook in the meanwhile take one pan prepare tadka with remaining oil, hing, rai, green chilli, coriander leaves, Now add cup water & remaining sugar in tadka. check steamed dhokla once it is cooked pour the liquid on hot dhokla. Enjoy.
