Wheat flour-40gm Cauliflower-30 gm Masaale in the stuffing-As per taste
Knead the wheat flour dow with warm water(add salt to the dow as per taste). Make a round ball out of the dow and roll till it flatten in round shape then put the stuffing in it and make a round shaped potli and again roll and flatten it. Preheat Iron tawa on medium flame. Cook the Paratha on it with ghee till it turns golden brown and crispy. Enjoy it hot and with seasonal chutney.
